@Amani I really LOVE your ressearch. I have many ASD students and this kind of describes what I do with them in my classes. I teach coding and robotics. I focus on autonomous robots and so it really is bridging the digital and physical worlds. Looking forward to learning with you.
@Bruno I really love what you are doing with Project Curiosity. Thank you for sharing your video. Looking forward to learning with you.
@Yulia I use a Sony A57 DSLR camera for my nature photography. I have been really happy with it. It’s an older camera, but it is PACKED with high end features for a reasonable pricepoint. I did a lot of research before purchasing it. I have used it for 10 years and have no reason to buy another (newer) camera. Check out some reviews. You may like what you read. ![]()
@MelanieT Your work sound interesting and rewarding. Looking forward to learning with you.
Hello @evancole I am also a robotics teacher. Looking forward to learning with you.
@Wasiu I really love what you are doing with your programs. I too seek out to make my coding & robotics programs accessible to underserved populations. The populations I serve most are girls, low income, and (neuro)diverse and other special needs learners. Looking forward to learning with you.
Hi Folks,
Bought, read and really enjoyed Lifelong Kindergarten a while back. I am lifelong learner, writer, and long time teacher, lecturer interested in education, creativity, learning, and play. I am currently researching and writing a book on an adjacent topic, like everyone else I’m here to learn, share, contribute where appropriate and enjoy the experiences, a bit late to the party but all is good…
I live in Ireland and have degrees from DMU and UCD with the word creative in them…
@Shauna Many thanks for your feedback. I look forward to hearing your exciting projects and experience as well.

My relation to music is passive - unluckily, I´ve no talent for it, but I love listening to many kinds.

The most important impact of computers on my life has been that I got such a good tool for visualising maths. It changed my way of thinking about the subject. I now see mathematics as a subject with three languages: ordinary, formal and visual.
Looking forward to learning with you too

Hello I´m Monica from Spain, It’s difficult for me to introduce myself as my passion for education changed my whole life and my career.
I have three children (now 18, 17 and 11) and when the oldest were born I realized that the education that fitted me at school would be no longer useful in the same way. Because internet and technology was changing almost everything except EDUCATION.
I’m a telecommunication engineer and I started as a volunteer teacher in 2011 helping educators and giving speeches at schools how to teach their children a good use of technology. Two years later I had the chance to participate in a project where we stimulated stem creativity for kids and teens through different games and activities like scratch. In this period I first time heard about Mitch Resnick.
I followed his activity since then and I even tried to do this course three years ago. Unfortunately I could only did week 1 but I’m sure this time I will complete it.
Now I’m writing a book about all my experiences with digital education with children and also adults (as the last three years I developed digital educational programs for vulnerables).
I completely agree with Mr. Resnick concept of Lifelong kindergarten. I think there are no differences between kids and adults, we all learn better in the same conditions as I realized in my experiences with both of them. And creativity will be our bigger strength among robots and AI. We should develop a better educational approach that help everybody to learn their whole life, not only at school as we are challenged to learn in a more complex world each day.
I’m very happy to be here again, and eager to share and have fun in the way.
Best regards
Thanks Shauna.
Hello! I’m Fiona and I work with students who are ages 4-9, teaching computer science and running one of my school’s maker spaces. I look forward to learning with you.
I am in agreement about the many languages of mathematics. I would submit that music is the auditory language of mathematics.
